外周血淋巴细胞和肿瘤细胞体外化疗药敏相关性研究

Study on Chemosensitivity Assay in vitro in the Peripheral Blood Ly mphocyte and the Tumor Cells

采用MTT法体外药敏试验，检测了35例神经胶质瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞和肿瘤细胞对15种临床常用化疗药物的敏感性。结果：神经胶质瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞和肿瘤细胞对VM－26和TAX较敏感，对DDP、Me－CCNU、EADM、ADM、MMC、HCPT等敏感，对MTX 、ACR、VP－16、VCR、BLM则不敏感。患者外周血淋巴细胞和肿瘤细胞对上述化疗药物的敏感率无显著性差异（P>0.05）。以上结果提示，肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞化疗药敏检测对临床选择化疗药物具有重要参考价值,有可能代替肿瘤细胞药敏检测。

In this study, the MTT method was used to test the sensitivity of the peripheral blood lymphocyte and the tumor cells of 35 patients with ne uroglioma to 15 kinds of anti-cancer drugs. The results showed that the peripher al blood lymphocyte and the tumor cells were more sensitive to chemotherapeutic d rugs Vm26 and TAX, and sensitive to DDP, Me-CCNU, EADM, ADM, MMC, HCPT, but no t sensitive to MTX, ACR,VP-16,VCR and BLM. There were no statistical differences i n the rate of sensitivity to the abovementioned drugs between the peripheral bl ood lymphocyte and the tumor cells. These results prompt that the chemosensitivit y test of the peripheral blood lymphocyte may take the place of the tumor cells for reference to choosing chemotherapeutic drugs in clinical practice.
