摘要
为了寻求一种测定生物样品及食品中铝含量的简易方法,作者研究了铝与氟、7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-碘酸、十六烷基三甲胺在NH4AC-HAC缓冲溶液(pH6.0)中形成的四元荧光配合物体系,并对样品处理及荧光测定条件进行了优化,用以测定头发及食品样品中的铝含量。结果显示:该方法的线性范围为0.002 ̄0.200μg/ml,检出限为1.0×10^-3μg/ml,样品的加标回收率为88.66% ̄112.
This study was conducted to seek an easy-to-do method for de termination of aluminum in biological and food samples. The fluorescent reaction of aluminu m forming quaternary complex with fluoride, Ferron and CTMAB in the buffer solut ion of ammonium acetate (at pH 6.0) was investigated. The conditions of the reac tion and the pretreatment of samples were optimized. In addition, the aluminum c ontents of hair and food samples was detected. A good linear relationship betwee n fluorescence intensity and aluminum concentrations from 0.002 μg/ml to 0.20 μg /ml was observed. The detection limit was 1.0×10-3μg/ml. The spiked rec overies were in the range of 88.66% ~ 112.61% with relative standard deviation varying from 1.87% to 2.56%. This method has characters of good sensitivity, selectivity and the ability against interference, it can be of wide application.
