摘要
目前,表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)因其对人体具有广泛而显著的抗癌作用,而引起人们的重视。笔者对人体几种常见的癌症进行归类,将近几年来EGCG对这几种癌症的抗癌机制方面的研究进行阐述,为EGCG的药物开发提供理论依据。
EGCG,one monomer of tea polyphenols,has arisen more recognition because of its wide and obvious antitcancer effect on human.Several kinds of common cancer in human are classified and a summary of the research on the antitcancer mechanism of EGCG in recent years has been given to provide a theoretical basis for the drug development of EGCG.
