三种脱色剂对酸催化生物柴油的脱色处理研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究考察了活性白土、高岭土、活性炭3种脱色剂对酸催化橡胶籽油的脱色效果。从3种脱色剂脱色效果来看,活性白土是最佳的脱色剂。较佳脱色条件为:活性白土用量为橡胶籽油质量的7%、脱色温度80℃、脱色时间30 min、搅拌速度120 r/min,此条件下其对生物柴油脱色率为75.65%。 The decoloration technology with activated clay, activated carbon, and kaolinite to biodiesel which was prepared by rubber seed oil in homogeneous acid condition was studied. The results indicated that three kinds of discolouring agent have different effect. The optical conditions for decoloration with activated clay were:7% active clay,decoloring temperature 80℃, treatment time 30 min,and agitation speed 120 r/min, under which the decolorization rate was 75.65% ; the optical conditions for decoloration with activated carbon were :9% activated carbon, decoloring temperature 70℃, treatment time 10 min, and agitation speed 120 r/min, under which the decolorization rate was 64.20% ; the optical conditions for decoloration with kaolinite were :9% kaolin- ite, decoloring temperature 70~C, treatment time 30 min,and agitation speed 120 r/min, under which the decolori- zation rate was 46. 17%. The decoloration with activated clay is the best in the three kinds of discolouring agent.
