摘要
电解铜溶液中游离酸的测定,采用亚铁氰化钾沉淀分离、EDTA-钙盐掩蔽、碘化钾-草酸盐掩蔽、草酸钠掩蔽法进行比较。着重对草酸钠掩蔽法进行了共存离子干扰、精密度考察,加标回收率>98%。试验表明,草酸钠掩蔽法用于电解铜溶液中游离酸的测定,操作简便、快速、精密度、准确度可满足生产要求。
Determination of free acid in the electrolytic copper solution by using the following meth- ods: precipitation separation of potassium ferrocyanide, EDTA-calcium salt masking, KI-oxalate masking and the sodium oxalate masking, these methods are compared. Focus on the investigation of the interference of coexisting ions and precision of sodium oxalate masking method, the spiked recoveries of this method is 〉 98%. The tests showed that the sodium oxalate masking method for the determination of free acid in the electrolytic copper solution is easy to operate, fast, precise and its accuracy can meet the production requirements.
