中药治疗黄疸型慢性乙型病毒性肝炎疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment on Icteric Chronic Hepatitis B

目的:探対中药在慢性乙型肝炎高黄疸患者的退黄方面的作用。方法:将44例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组使用西医常规退黄治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药。结果:治疗组、对照组患者TBIL、ALT、AST较治疗前明显下降,治疗组下降幅度优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:联合中药退黄治疗较单纯使用西药具有一定优势。

Objective To explore the benefits of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for icteric chronic hepatitis B. Methods 44 cases with icteric chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with conventional jaundice therapy with modem medicine, and the treatment group was added with traditional Chinese medicine treatment in base on modern medicine therapy Results The level of serum total bilirubin （TBIL）, alanine aminotransferase（ALT） and aspartate aminotransferase （AST） of two groups were all descended significantly, but those of the treatment group were reduced much more Conclusion The therapy for icteric chronic hepatitis B combining modem medicine with traditional Chinese medicine is better than only modem medicine
