结合某中学教学楼的改扩建工程实例,介绍了改建加固设计过程中的设计思路、加层方案和加固方法的选择以及细部处理方法,阐明了结构整体抗震性能分析在优化设计中的重要性,并对比分析了工程中常用的几种钢筋混凝土构件的加固方法和适用范围,可对同类工程提供参考。

Combining with the reorganization and expansion practice of a middle school teaching building, this paper introduced the design idea, add layer scheme, reinforcement method selection and detail treatment methods in reorganization reinforcement design, elaborated the importance of structural integrity anti-seismic performance analysis in optimum design, and contrasted and analyzed the reinforcement methods and applicable range of several common reinforced concrete members in engineering, provided reference for similar engineering.
