From the treatment for old-cement concrete pavement, the paper explores the （ white ＋ black） design methods for the overlay asphalt concrete pavement, sums up the technical points for the disease prevention of the old-cement concrete pavement before overlaying, and points out it is protecting environment by adopting the ＂white ＋ black＂ reconstruction for the old-cement concrete pavement which has broader future.
