摘要
通过对监理工作现状的分析,指出了目前监理工作中存在的监理制度机制不健全、对于监理认识存在误区、监理费率过低等问题,并针对上述问题提出了建立健全监理体制、提高监理人员的综合素质等措施,以期提高工程监理水平。
Through analyzing the current situation of the supervision, this paper points out the mechanism existing in the supervision of supervi sion system in China is not sound, and there are some misunderstandings for supervision, supervision rate is too low. So this paper puts forward the concrete measures aimed at these problems such as establishing and perfecting the supervision system, improving the comprehensive quality of supervisory staff, etc, so as to improve supervision level.
