摘要
以山西机械化建设集团公司为例,结合多年工程合同风险管理的经验,对企业的合同管理现状进行了分析,分别从合同的签订前期、实施阶段及总结阶段的合同风险管理过程进行了论述,以准确、理性地进行项目实施,减少风险的损失。
Taking Shanxi mechanized construction group company as the example, combining with years of risk management experience of engi neering contract, this paper analyzed the enterprises contract management situation, respectively discussed the contract risk management in con tract preliminary period, implementation stage and summary stage, so as to accurate, rational to make project implementation, reduced the risk lOSS.
