摘要
间充质干细胞(MSCs)是一群具有多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,主要存在于骨髓中,有着不同于其他干细胞的生物学特性,在组织工程及再生医学界有巨大的应用潜力。当前,国内外大部分实验室仍是采用经典的胎牛血清培养基在体外大量扩增骨髓间充质干细胞(BM-MSC),以满足科学研究和临床试验所需,但其存在的诸多弊端促使研究者们对培养基的改良进行了多种尝试。该文就体外扩增临床相关数量BM-MSC方法的最新研究进展予以综述。
Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) are a group of adult stem cells,which have multilineage differentiation potential and mainly exist in the bone marrow as well as other tissues.The biological characteristics of MSCs,which are different from other stem cells,make it have promising application in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.Currently,the classical FBS-containing medium is still adopted by most laboratories both at home and abroad for large-scale production of BM-MSC ex vivo.However,the disadvantages of this method make many researchers try various ways in the improvement of the medium.Here is to make a brief review of the latest progress of the methods for the generation of clinically relevant numbers of BM-MSC.
