与肝细胞癌侵袭、转移相关因子的研究进展

The Study Progress of Related Factors of Invasion and Metastasis in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

原发性肝癌(主要是肝细胞癌,HCC)是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,病死率高,复发转移是影响预后的最主要因素。据报道,HCC根治性切除后5年复发率为54.1%～61.5%,而局部治疗的转移复发率更高。因此,抗HCC侵袭、转移,减少术后复发成为目前研究的热点和难点。抗HCC的侵袭、转移首先必须了解其侵袭、转移相关因子及其作用机制,由此对目前国内外的研究情况予以综述。

Primary hepatic carcinoma（most of which are hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC） is one of the most frequently occurred malignant tumors in the world.It has high fatality.Recurrence and metastasis are the most important factors which affect the prognosis.As reported,the 5-year recurrence rate after radical excision of the HCC is 54.1%-61.5%,which would be higher if the patient was partedly treated.So antirecurrence and metastasis is the hot and difficult spot of the present study.Knowing about the mechanism of related factor of the recurrence and metastasis in HCC is the first step,so here is to make a review of the study progress in the field in China and abroad.
