摘要
视网膜神经节细胞(RGCs)的过度凋亡是青光眼病理改变的基础,探讨RGCs的保护性治疗,减慢或防止其凋亡,保持其生理功能,已被公认为是防治青光眼视神经损害的研究方向。该文目前青光眼RGCs保护性治疗在补充神经营养因子及平衡营养因子前体、基因治疗、免疫相关治疗、兴奋性氨基酸拮抗剂治疗等方面的最新研究进展予以综述。
Retinal ganglion cells(RGCs) excessive apoptosis is the pathological base of the glaucoma.Discussing the protective treatment of RGCs to slow down or prevent from the apoptosis and maintain its physiological function,has been recognized as the research direction of prevention and treatment of glaucoma optic nerve damage.Here is to make a review of the latest research progress in the current glaucoma RGCs protective therapy through neurotrophic factor,balanced nutrition factor precursor,gene therapy,immune therapy,excitatory amino acid antagonists and so on.
