摘要
肛瘘最基本的手术是肛瘘切开术和肛瘘切除术,肛瘘治疗过程中最常见的并发症为肛门缺损和肛门失禁。对肛瘘治疗来讲,保护肛门功能应该放在所有治疗目标的第一位。目前肛瘘治疗的术式多存在对肛门功能保护不足的现象,随着微创手术的兴起,目前对肛瘘的治疗越来越倡导肛门功能的保护,由此对国内外以微创手术方法治疗肛瘘的相关文献进行综述。
The basic surgical treatment for anal fistula is the anal fistula incision and the anal fistula resection.The anal defect and the anal incontinence are the commonest complications during the treatment of anal fistula.Protecting the function of anus should be put in the first place of the treatment.Nowadays,most surgical treatments damage the function of anus,and along with the emerging of the minimally-invasive surgery,the protection of anal function is getting more and more concerned,so here is to make a review of the minimally-invasive surgery in anal fistula both in China and abroad.
