摘要
目的 :探讨穴位的物质基础及穴位血管与钙的分布。 方法 :(1)在成人小腿骨间膜的墨汁灌注标本上 ,观测其胃经(胫侧缘 )沿线的 3,4,5及 7寸 (中医使用的同身寸 ,以下全同 )处血管的分布特点 ;(2 )用质子激发 X线发射 (PIXE)技术 ,对胃经沿线的小腿骨间膜组织进行扫描 ,测得钙的相对含量。 结果 :(1)胃经沿线 3,4,5 ,7寸处的血管密度 (Aa% )显著高于各寸之间的血管密度 (P<0 .0 1) ;(2 )各定标点的钙峰值平均为其间基数值的 6 .73倍。结论 :(1)胃经沿线骨间膜血管呈节段性密集分布 ,穴位区血管密集 ;(2 )穴位区钙富集 ,其密集分布也呈节段性。
Objective: To provide data for exploring the material basis of Acupoints and the relation of accumulation of calcium and vessels at Acupoints .Methods: (1) The distribution characteristics of vessels on tibial side of the interosseous membrane (ST channel 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th cun ) were observed on Chinese ink vascular perfusion adults legs. (2) The content of calcium on ST channel were determined by proton induced X ray emission analysis. Results: (1) The average density (Aa%) of vessels at the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th cun areas of ST channel was significantly higher than that between them ( P < 0.01). (2) The relative content of calcium at the 4 areas was 6.73 times higher on average than that between them. Conclusion: (1) Vessels on interosseous membrane get segmentally distributed, and the density of vessels on Acupoint areas is very high. (2) There are abundent calcium at Acupoints , its accumulation also appears segmentally. [
