深入推进边境地区“三项重点工作”，必须加强警务信息化建设，推动大调解体制机制创新发展，有效化解边境地区社会矛盾；推动社会治安打防管控一体化，有效提升边境地区社会管理能力；推动执法工作公开透明运行，有效保障公安边防执法公信力。

＂Three key projects＂ are strategic blueprints put forward by the National Judicial Conference based on our national development of economy and society. To advance the three projects, it is necessary to consolidate the construction of the police practice information, to promote the innovative system of mediation, to handle the conflicts in region areas, to integrate the striking, the controlling and maintaining of social order into one system in order to social management in border regions and ensure the justice of law enforcement.
