With the development of wide opening of society and the enhancement of citizens＇ quality and the restrictions have being increasingly strengthened in interpersonal relations, enterprise managements, organization adminis- trations and personal developments. Thus, the effect of interpersonal relationship can not be confined within the range of detergent and catalyst, but an important resource with its own features. To take advantage of the resources of interpersonal relations sufficiently, the interpersonal relation must be created, utilized and maintained according to the features of its features, which is in accordance with the essence of establishing the harmonious society.
