随着信息时代的到来,网络已渗透到公安现役院校校园生活的各个领域,对广大师生官兵的价值取向、思维方式和行为模式正发挥着潜移默化的影响。如何正确引导、发挥校园网络在教学、科研、工作、生活中的积极作用已成为公安现役院校文化建设必须应对的重大课题。从校园网络文化的内涵及特征入手,分析公安现役院校网络文化建设的意义、目标定位、路径选择,对公安现役院校网络文化建设具有一定的指导作用。

The Internet has now penetrated into every aspect of life in the public security army colleges, influencing the officials and soldiers＇ value judgment,the way of thinking and behavior. How to guide the college internet culture and to take advantage of its positive effect has become the big issue among the culture construction in the public security army colleges. This paper discusses the meaning of the construction of Internet culture, goal setting, path choice. It will play an instructing role on the construction of Internet culture in the oublic security army colleges.
