武警学院2012届毕业学员专业综合演练问卷调查分析

A Questionnaire Analysis on the 2012' Graduates Specialty Comprehensive Drilling of the Armed Police Academy

实践能力培养是高校培养人才的基本要求。以武警学院2012届毕业学员专业综合演练为背景,围绕演练内容、组织方式、教学场地及教学保障、训练安全和演练效果等五个方面对学员进行了调查分析。结果表明,专业综合演练取得了良好的教学效果,在学院各专业教学中发挥了重要作用,已成为学院教、学、练、战一体化教学训练体系的重要环节,较好地实现了学历教育与任职教育、课堂教学与实战教学的有效衔接,为公安学历教育教学训练模式改革做出了有益探索。

Practice competence, as the fundamental personal ability in the 21st century, is the basic demand of person trained by college. This paper, based on the 2012＇ graduates specialty comprehensive drilling, carrys out the research, by circumfusing graduates＇ opinions about drilling contents, organizational modes, education safeguards, training safeties and drilling effects. The result is that the specialty comprehensive drilling has acquired favorable education and training effects.
