摘要
本文以三开门冰箱门铰链为研究对象,应用Abaqus软件来分析门铰链在承受一定的门体自重的情况下,门铰链强度是否满足使用要求及门铰链的变形量大小,以防止铰链结构设计及材料选择不合理,造成冰箱门下沉较大,门关不严影响冰箱使用等问题。在冰箱的产品设计阶段,应用有限元分析,可以提高结构设计的可靠性,缩短产品的开发周期。
This article focuses mainly on the three door refrigerator door hinge, by using the Abaqus software to analyse when it under the door body weight, whether the door hinge strength to meet the use requirements and the amount of deformation for door hinges, so as to prevent the structure design and material selection of the refrigerator door hinge is unreasonable, cause bigger subsidence problem of door and the door is not closed tightly effect refrigerator using etc. In the stage of product design of the refrigerator, using the finite element analysis can improve the reliability of the structural design, and shorten the product development cycle.
