Split disintegration lifting is the common construction means of steel project, and is one of the important features of steel construction, especially when the lifting equipment is restricted, it had superior usability. Combining with shaft kiln V2 system construction, this paper elaborated the process that when the lifting equipment was restricted, the splitting technology was successfully used to solve this problem and to ensure the quality, save time and reduce costs.
