研发外包是科技产业链的重要一环,建立起专业的研发外包市场体系已经成为全球趋势。本文结合国内外企业的研发外包深入揭示企业研发外包的内在作用机理,从发包方和承包方两个角度系统阐述了研发外包的动因。
R ＆ D outsourcing is an important part of the chain of the technology industry. To establish a professional R ＆ D outsourcing market system has become a global trend. This paper combines the R ＆ D outsourcing of domestic and foreign enterprises to reveal the internal mechanism of R ＆ D outsourcing and describes the motivation of R ＆ D outsourcing from two angles of the employer and the contractor.
