安徽省大学生体育权利现状与救济路径的研究

Sport Right of College Students in Anhui Province and Problem-solving Method

本文就当前安徽省大学生体育权利现状与通道途径的进行研究,结果表明近些年我省普通高校扩招,体育场地、体育器材、体育师资等方面的增加比例明显低于学生的增加比例,从而导致大学生的体育权利受到侵害,而且这种侵害没有受到学校和社会的关注。本文的研究对维护体育权益、保障体育权利、增强体育法意识、提高大学生全面发展所具备的教育公平、公正性具有重要的研究意义与应用价值。

This article analyzes the status quo of sport right of college students in Anhui Province and researches the solutions. The survey shows that due to the expansion of enrollment in recent years, the increased proportion in sports venues, sports facility and PE teacher is significantly lower than that of the number of student, resulting in the college student＇s sport right is violated, which has not attracted the attention from colleges and community. The research is significant to safeguarding and ensuring sport right and benefit, enhancing the awareness of sport law, and improving the comprehensive development of college students.
