为加强建筑工程技术专业学生工程成本管理的能力,帮助学生在体验式教学模式下夯实职业技能,提升就业竞争力,从剖析社会对建筑工程专业的需求现状出发,结合现行教育实际,构建校内成本管理实训基地,对成本管理实训基地的建设内容,及建成后的运行管理提出了方法和对策。

For improving the ability in project cost management of architectural engineering technology specialty, training student＇s vocational skills under experience teaching mode, and improving their employability, the paper analyzes the demand for architectural engineering specialty, combined with current education, builds the training base of cost management within school, and give the content of training and management after establishment.
