摘要
焊接技术专业人才在传统的培养目标和模式上与产业发展脱节,加剧了高技能型人才匮乏的局面。本文在充分调查和总结的基础上,通过对课程项目化的模块划分和工作任务式教学的实践,探索高职教育在焊接人才培养模式上的改革实践,同时,也提出了可能存在的问题和尝试性的解决方法。
The traditional training target and pattern of professional talents in welding technology is out of joint with industrial development, which contributes to situation of a shortage of high-skilled talents. Based on the full investigations and summarization, the paper explores the reform of vocational education about personnel training model, and puts forward the problems and solutions.
