对“一稿多投”问题的探讨

在我国,一稿多投的现象很普遍,存在愈演愈烈的趋势。尤其在期刊的发表上,一稿多投的情况更为突出。近些年来",一稿多投"事件的频繁发生也促使着社会各界更全面地反思这一现象产生的原因,对一稿多投有更深刻的理解和认识。而《著作权法》对"一稿多投"没有进行明确规定,这在现实生活中产生了很多的争议和问题。笔者认为,一稿多投违反公平原则和诚实信用原则,应当予以禁止。

In our country, multiple contributions with one manuscript is popular, and there is a growing trend, especially for journal. In recent years, ＂multiple contributions with one manuscript＂ events attracted the attention of government, and it tries to find out the cause. In the Copyright Law, it is not defined clearly. The author thinks that multiple contributions with one manuscript violates the principle of fairness and the principle of good faith, shall be prohibited.
