摘要
文章通过对驻马店农村雷电灾害事故的调查,分析了农村雷电灾害事故发生的现状;提出了农村防雷技术性措施和政策性建议,旨在为减少雷电灾害损失,进一步推进新农村建设的稳步开展提供依据。
Through the investigation of Zhumadian rural lightning disasters, the paper analyzes the current situation of rural lightning disasters, put forward rural lightning protection measures and policy suggestions, aiming at reducing lightning disaster loss, providing a basis to further promote the new rural construction of steady development.
