山竹果皮抗氧化活性成分的超声提取工艺 被引量:2

摘要 以山竹果皮为原料,用正交试验法优化山竹果皮抗氧化活性成分的超声提取工艺,考察乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声温度、液料比4个因素对提取液清除DPPH自由基能力的影响,同时对超声提取进行数学模拟,模拟值与试验结果吻合良好。通过拟合的方程确立山竹果皮抗氧化活性成分的优化提取工艺条件为:提取溶剂65%乙醇、超声时间32 min、超声温度41℃和液料比10 mL/g。对优化提取条件下山竹果皮提取液浓缩物的总酚含量,以及清除DPPH和抑制β-胡萝卜素漂白的IC50值进行测定,并与公认的天然抗氧化剂儿茶素进行比较,表明山竹果皮提取物具有较强的抗氧化能力。 Ultrasonic extraction technology of antioxidant components in the extract of mangosteen(Garcinia Mangostana)pericarp was optimized by an orthogonal experiment.The effect of ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time,temperature,ratio of liquor to material on scavenging ability of DPPH free-radical was investigated.At the same time,the mathematical simulation based on ultrasonic extraction was processed and simulation value was consistent with experimental value well.The optimized ultrasonic extraction of antioxidant activity of the extract from mangosteen pericarp was determined as follows :extraction solvent 65% ethanol,ultrasonic time 32 min,ultrasonic temperature 41℃,ratio of liquor to material 10 ml:g.The total phenolic compounds in condensate of mangosteen pericarp extract,IC50 values of scavenging DPPH and inhibitory β-carotene bleaching were determined and compared with accepted natural antioxidant,catechin,showing that the extract of mangosteen pericarp has excellent antioxidant activities.
