摘要
凌源至绥中高速公路建昌至兴城支线跨越京哈客运专线铁路(秦沈段),跨越铁路处里程为京哈线(秦沈段)K425+992,主桥采用双幅同步转体施工2-80 m悬臂浇筑预应力混凝土T型刚构桥,公路与铁路夹角为69°24',采用转体施工方案,转体重量达8 500 t。本文重点介绍了该桥主桥主体结构、转动体系的设计特点等设计要点,经实践证明,转动系统设计合理,可以保障转体施工的顺利进行,且此方案是对铁路运营安全影响最小的方案,可为同类型桥梁的设计提供参考。
The Jianchang to Xingcheng line of Lingyuan-Suizhong Expressway straddles the Beijing-Harbin Railway(Qinhuangdao-Shenyang section)at the mileage of K425+992.The main bridge adopted 2-80 m dual synchronous rotation construction and cantilever casting pre-stressed concrete T-type rigid-frame.The highway and railway angle is 69 °24 ′.When using the rotating construction scheme,the body weight is up to 8500t.This paper introduced the main design points of the bridge structure and the rotation system design characteristics.Practice proved that the rotation system is reasonable in the design,which can guarantee the swivel construction smoothly.In addition,this scheme has minimal impact on the safety of railway operation,which can provide reference for the design of the same type of bridge.
