运动后心率恢复异常对心血管事件的预测价值 被引量:2

摘要 心脏自主神经功能紊乱与心血管事件的发生发展密切相关,运动后心率恢复(heart rate recovery,HRR)与心率变异性、心率震荡和压力反射敏感性等一样,都是反映心脏自主神经功能的指标,它们在心血管疾病的诊断和预后判断方面有着重要的应用价值[1]。
