该文剖析了创新经济下产业体系的特点,结合未来产业发展的总体趋势,提出了创新经济下"IAGC"产业体系的构建思路,同时从加快现代服务业和先进制造业发展,加快中国产业对外开放的转型步伐,加大节能减排力度,以及建立产融结合的发展模式等方面提出了具体的对策和建议。
The author analyzes the features of the industrial system under the innovative economy, maps out the development way of the IAGC industrial system combining the future industrial development trend, and puts forward the detailed approaches and suggestions such as accelerating the development of modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry, expediting the opening-up transformation, enhancing energy-saving and emission-reduction, as well as constructing the producing-financing combining development pattern.
