试析新生代农民工市民化的困境与对策

Dilemma and Countermeasures of the Citizenization for the Second-generation Migrant Workers

该文提出,推进新生代农民工市民化是解决农民工问题的主要措施,是统筹城乡发展、全面建成小康社会、加速中国城镇化进程的关键环节,是建设社会主义和谐社会的内在要求,直接影响到中国社会转型与变迁。目前,新生代农民工群体市民化进程面临诸多困境,进展并不顺利。探讨、论证、优化新生代农民工群体市民化的对策则成为一项影响城镇化进程全局的紧迫工作。

Promoting the citizenization for the second-generation migrant workers is the main approach to resolve the migrant workers related issues, also the pivotal link to balance the urban-rural development, build the well-off society on an over-all basis and accelerate China^s urbanization procedure, as well as the intrinsic demand to construct the socialist harmonious society, which has a direct impact on the transformation and evolution of our country＇s society. For the time being, the procedure of the citizenization for the migrant workers group is facing multiple difficulties, so discussing, reviewing and optimizing the countermeasures for the citizenization of the second-generation migrant workers has become a pressing task which influences the procedure of the urbanization of China.
