摘要
上切片系统是多层螺旋CT的子系统,是光路系统的主要部件。为了提高CT成像的精度,设计了多层螺旋CT上切片系统,分析了轴承、丝杠、控制系统等对切片厚度及射线聚焦精度的影响,并对上切片系统的精度进行了模拟测试。实际测得重复性误差小于1μm,绝对误差小于10μm。上切片系统精度的提高,有助于确定恰当的治疗方法,提高治疗成功率。
The upper slicing system is the main components of the optical system in MSCT. This paper focuses on the design of upper slicing system and its accuracy analysis to improve the accuracy of imaging. The error of slice thickness and ray center by bearings, screw and control system were analyzed and tested. In fact, the accumulated error measured is less than 1μm, absolute error measured is less than 10 μm. Improving the accuracy of the upper slicing system contributes to the appropriate treatment methods and success rate of treatment.
