摘要
以SWOT分析法阐述了湖南油茶产业的优劣势、机遇与挑战。分析认为湖南油茶产业在资源、产业基础和科研水平等方面存在明显优势,在林分产量水平、产品加工方面存在劣势,具备市场空间大、林地资源丰富、政策环境优越等发展机遇,还存在良种壮苗紧缺、产业融资渠道少、产品成本控制难、生产盲目不规范等挑战。同时,提出了解决油茶产业发展的目标、动力、主体、活力和保障等问题的对策。
Based on the principle of SWOT, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges oil-tea camellia industry of Hunan province were analysised. The results show that it has an advantage of resources, industry foundation and scientific research achievements, but it also has disadvantages on low unit yield and low-technique products. It is also facing many good opportunities such as big market demand, rich resources of forest and good industrial policy. And the order to problems such as shortage of seedlings, narrow financing channel, high cost-of products and blind production. The effective countermeasures were brought out in many aspects including goals, power, subject, vigor and guarantee of development.
