提出了河北省技术创新能力评价的因果关系模型,利用结构方程模型对评价指标间的因果关系进行了建模和求解。实证研究表明,模型能够有效描述指标间的因果关系,准确定位河北省技术创新能力的关键影响因素,为评价和改进河北省技术创新能力提供了有力依据。

Based on the former scholar＇ s studies, the author puts forward Hebei enterprise technical innovation abil- ity evaluation index system and a causal relationship model. Empirical studies shows that the causal relationship be- tween index can be described well by the established model,The Key Factors influencing on Hebei enterprise tech- nical innovation ability have been found, the powerful basis is provided for evaluation and improvement of technolog- ical innovation capacity of Hebei Province.
