摘要
目的:观察木芙蓉叶提取物体内、体外抗病毒的药理作用。方法:通过使用呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、甲型流感病毒(Flu A)和副流感病毒(HPIVs)致细胞病变的体外感染模型,以治疗指数(TI)为指标,观察木芙蓉叶提取物体外抗病毒作用;通过使用呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)感染小鼠模型,以对小鼠病毒感染肺指数的抑制率为体内抗病毒活性指标,观察木芙蓉叶提取物体内抗病毒作用。结果:体外试验表明,木芙蓉叶提取物对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、甲型流感病毒(Flu A)和副流感病毒(HPIVs)这3种病毒均有不同程度的抑制作用;体内试验表明,木芙蓉叶提取物表现出一定的体内抗病毒活性,在一定浓度范围内,抗病毒活性随剂量的增大而增强。结论:木芙蓉叶提取物具有显著的抗病毒药理活性。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect on extracts of the leaf of hibiscus mutabilis L. in vitro and vi- vo. Method: The inhibitory cytopathic effects (CPE) of extracts of the leaf of hibiscus mutabilis L. observed by HEK-293 cell culture infected by RSV, Flu A and HPIVs, and use therapeutic index(Tl) as an index; to observe inhibitory effect on ex- tracts of the leaf of hibiscus mutabilis L. in vivo, the experiment were done by calculated the lung index and observed the pathological change of the mice which were given extracts of the leaf of hibiscus mutabilis L. infected with RSV. Result: The extracts of the leaf of hibiscus mutabilis L. has an inhibiting ability to RSV, Flu A and HPIVs in different degrees in vitro; in vivo, the extracts has the inhibitory effect, and showed a concentration - dependent response in inhibiting RSV. Conclu- sion: The extracts of the leaf of hibiscus mutabilis L. has the marked inhibitory pharmacological activity in vitro and vivo.
