摘要
采用硅胶柱层析法对有抗肿瘤活性的牛蒡根石油醚和氯仿提取物进一步提取分离,得到S-1、S-2、S-3和L-1、L-2、L-3、L-4等7个洗脱组分,MTT法比色法对这些洗脱组分进行体外抗肿瘤活性的测定。实验结果表明L1、L2对MCF-7、Hep A和S180细胞,表现出较好的细胞毒活性,在测定浓度范围内呈现出良好剂量依赖性。其IC50分别为:131.31、8.56、9.33和147.01、17.42、23.55 g/mL。
Through the further'r separated from having anti-fumor activity of burdock root petroleum ether and chloroform extract can get 7 elution components including S-1, S-2, S-3 and L-1, L-2, L-3, L-4 and so on, by using silica gel column chromatography.The antitumor activities of these eluant components in vitro were analyzed with MTT colorimetric assay.Test result shows that L-1,L-2 react with MCF-7, HepA and Sis0 cell, showing good cytotoxicity and good dose-dependent in range of measurement concentration.And it's IC50 value were 131.31,8.56,9.33 g/mL and 147.01,17.42,23.55 g/mLrespectively.
