摘要
采用微波提取法,选取理想提取溶剂、微波时间、温度、功率、料液比、乙醇浓度作为提取因素,进行单因素实验,选取其中影响较大者进行L(934)正交试验,来优化夏枯草中齐墩果酸的提取工艺。结果表明,夏枯草中齐墩果酸的最佳提取条件为以90%乙醇溶液为溶剂,温度70℃,微波时间120 s,料液比1∶20(g∶mL),提取率最高可高达13.87%。
the microwave extraction, microwave extraction solvent, select the ideal time, temperature, power, material to liquid ratio, ethanol concentration as extraction factors, the single factor experiment, the effect of selected shorter lengths to L9(34) orthogonal test, to optimize seifheal oleanolic acid in the extraction process.The results show that selfheal oleanolic acid in the best extraction conditions for 90 % ethanol as solvent solution to 70 %, the temperature, time 120 s, microwave material liquid, the highest rate than what can be as high as 13.87 %.
