手术后自汗盗汗的辨证治疗初探

Operated sponteneous sweating and night sweating using differetiation of syndroms and determination of treatment

:目的 :评价自拟参芪汤加味治疗手术后气阴二虚证自汗盗汗的疗效。方法 :临床观察参芪汤加味治疗手术后自汗盗汗 4 6例 ,另设补液疗法对照组 4 6例的疗效比较。结果 :治疗组总有效率93.4 8% ,愈显率 71.74 % ;对照组分别为 50 % ,15.2 2 % ,两组比较 ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论

Objective:Evaluating the treating efficiency of Ginseng and Astrogali Decoction adding herbs for QiYin Dificiency eases having sponteneous sweating and night sweating treated with Genseng and Astrogali Decoction adding herbs,comparing with other treated with fluid infusion method.Result:The improved rate in treating team is 93.48% recovery rate is 71.74%;in comparing team both rete are 50% and 15.22%.The efficiency of treating team is signi,fcantly higther than the compering team(P<0.01).Conclusion:For sponteneous sweating and night sweating cases which belong to Qi-Yin Dificieacy after opwration,the Genseng and Astrogali Decoction adding herbs has satisfactory efficiency.
