甘蔗产量性状与品质性状的相关性与通径分析研究

Correlation and Path Analysis between Sugarcane Yield and Quality Traits

本文对甘蔗13个产量与品质性状进行了相关性与通径分析,结果表明,4个产量性状对公顷产量直接效应的大小依次为单茎重(0.8307)、公顷有效茎(0.3674)、株高(0.01386)、茎径(0.00385)。蔗汁品质性状中,本文所研究的几个品质指标对蔗汁蔗糖分的影响都比较大,其中还原糖分对蔗汁蔗糖分呈明显的负相关。通径分析结果也表明,蔗汁锤度、蔗汁转光度、蔗汁简纯度和重力纯度对甘蔗蔗汁糖分均有正效应,还原糖分对蔗糖分有负效应,剩余通径系数为0.0225。因子分析将13个甘蔗经济性状用4个主因子表示,累加方差贡献率达到96%。第1主因子中起主要作用的性状是蔗汁锤度、转光度、蔗糖分和甘蔗蔗糖分等糖分因子,第2主因子载荷值较大的性状有茎径、单茎重和公顷蔗茎产量指标等产量因子,第3主因子只有公顷有效茎数起主导作用,第4主因子主要包括还原糖分和纤维分。因此只有协调好各个经济性状之间的关系才能达到甘蔗高产高糖生产目的。

Correlation and path analysis between sugarcane yield and quality traits of were performed in this paper. As the results shown, the direct effect of the selected yield characters on the hectare yield decreased by the following order： single stem weight 〉 hectare effective stalk 〉 plant height 〉 stalk diameter. Indirect effect could only be represented in maximum by effective stalk weight. The sucrose content was closely related with the traits examined in this study, and negative correlation was found between reducing sugar and sucrose content. Path analysis indicates that sugarcane juice brix, polarization, apparent purity and gravity purity was all positively correlated with the sucrose content and the residual path coefficient was 0.0225. By use of the method of factor analysis, the thirteen sugarcane economic traits could be divided into four main factors with the cumulative variance devoting rate up to 96%. The first main factor included juice brix, polarization and sucrose content with addition to the sugarcane sucrose content. Stalk diameter, single stalk weight and stalk yield per hectare contributed to the second main factor. Only the trait of effective stalks per hectare was included in the third main factor. The forth main factor involved the traits of fiber and reducing sugar content. Therefore, the economic traits of sugarcane examined in this study must be well coordinated in order to achieve high yield and sugar production.
