摘要
阐述了我国利用甘蔗梢(叶)作牛饲料的概况及制备方法。在目前青贮的基础上对蔗梢(叶)进行进一步的微贮、氨化、与糖蜜蔗渣混配等方法处理后再用做牛饲料,将大大提高蔗梢(叶)的可消化性和营养价值,开发新的肉牛饲料资源,减少家畜对粮食和牧草的消耗,同时调节青绿饲料的余缺,是促进草食牲畜发展的重要措施。
This paper describes the overview of sugarcane shoots （leaves） used as cattle feed and its preparation methods in China. Sugarcane shoots （leaves） silage was treated by further microbial, ammoniated molasses, or mixed with bagasse. Then as cattle feed, the digestibility and nutritional value of it would greatly enhance the development of new beef cattle feed resources to reduce the consumption of grain and forage for livestock, regulating green feed remaining places. Meanwhile, it is an important measure to promote herbivorous livestock development.
