On the Guiding Role of the Core Value System of Socialism in the Construction of Ethnic Culture

社会主义核心价值体系是中国特色社会主义文化的精髓,在中国整体社会价值体系中居于核心地位,发挥主导作用。推动民族文化建设就必须发挥社会主义核心价值体系的引领作用:坚持马克思主义指导思想;树立中国特色社会主义共同理想;弘扬民族精神和时代精神;践行社会主义荣辱观。

The core value system of socialism, which stands in the core position in the overall social value system in China and plays a leading role, is the essence of the socialism culture with Chinese characteristics. The leading role of the core value system of socialism must be played in or- der to promote the construction of ethnic culture ： adhering to the Marx ideology, establishing the common ideal of socialism with Chinese character- istics, carrying forward the national spirit and the spirit of the age as well as practicing the socialistic concept of honor and disgrace.
