In order to write good compositions, students must learn to modify them. During the continuous course, their ability in writing is grad- ually improved and there is no a short cut for that. Therefore, based on the practical situation, the teachers are supposed to find out the problems in their students＇ compositions and teach them step by step the ways to modify them.
