水族医药诊疗骨伤疾病临床实践调查

On an Investigation of Diagnosis and Treatment of Bone Fracture in Clinical Practice by Shui's Medicine

调查表明,水族医药对诊疗骨伤受生存环境影响较大,主要依托生物多样化的地理环境,就地取材,多数无骨伤诊疗文字记载,只能言传心授,传承方式局限,采用"先药后医"。挖掘、整理水族医药诊疗骨伤疾病医案应从多角度入手,通过对水族长者、宗教人士、水药市场、医生等人士进行深入调研,规范理论体系和实用医疗技术。

The investigation shows that the diagnosis and treatment of bone fracture by Shui＇ s medicine mainly relies on the biediversified geo- graphical environment and obtaining raw material locally, for which there is almost no written records. And it tends to be inherited by personal ex- amples and verbal instruction. The related eases should be sorted out from different perspectives. We made an investigation on water medicine mar- ket and interviewed Shui elders, religious people and doctors in order to standardize the theoretical system and practical medical technology.
