详细介绍了60-89型旋回破碎机动锥衬套用环氧树脂作背衬浇灌的工艺过程,对动锥衬套浇灌的主要技术参数进行了确定。比较用锌和环氧树脂两种不同材料作为背衬材料,具有哪些优缺点,对用环氧树脂背衬材料浇灌动锥与用锌浇灌动锥的性能进行了对比。
Introducing the epoxy resin casting process of 60 - 89 type cycle crusher cone back liner detailed, and confirmed the main technical parameter. Compared with advantages and disadvantages of zinc and epoxy resin, as materials used in the back liner, and also compared the quality performance between epoxy resin material and zinc materials used in the motor diving cone liner in this paper.
