为坚持落实科学发展观,以循环经济"减量化、再利用、资源化"和"减量化优先"为原则,各地和各公司都在积极推动循环经济的可持续发展规划。结合实例探讨了循环经济发展工业园区的综合规划设计的思路,可供相关专业人员参考。
To adhere to the scientific outlook on development, and the principle of ＂reduce, reuse and recycle＂ and ＂the priority of reduction＂ , all the companies are actively promoting circular economy sustainable development planning.
