改良强制性运动疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能的影响

Impact of improved mandatory exercise therapy for upper extremity function for hemiplegic stroke patients

目的研究改良强制性运动疗法(mCIMT)对改善脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能的影响。方法将本院收治的40例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机均分为对照组与研究组,对照组给予传统常规康复治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予mCIMT进行治疗,治疗后对比两组患者上肢功能恢复情况。结果两组治疗后FMA、ARAT以及MBI得分均显著提高(P<0.01);观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良强制性运动疗法能够显著改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的上肢功能,提高患者预后生存质量。

Objective To study the impact of improved mandatory exercise therapy （mCIMT） for upper extremity func- tion for hemiplegic stroke patients. Methods Forty cases of patients with hemiplegic stroke admitted to our hospital were randomly and average divided into control group and study group, the control group was given conventional reha- bilitation for treatment, on the basis of the control group, the study group was given mCIMT for treatment, the situation of upper limb functional recovery of the two groups of patients was compared after treatment. Results After the treat- ment, FMA, ARAT scores of two groups were significantly improved （P 〈 0.01）; The situation of improvement of obser- vation group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Improved mandatory exercise ther- apy can significantly improve the hemiplegic stroke patients with upper limb function, improve the quality of life of prognosis of patients.
