儿童序贯疗法与传统三联疗法根除儿童幽门螺杆菌的疗效比较

Comparison of the curative effect on the children sequential therapy with traditional triple therapy treatment for Helicobacter pylori eradication

目的探讨儿童序贯疗法在儿童幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)感染根治治疗中的临床疗效及可行性。方法将有上消化道症状,并经13碳-尿素呼气试验(13C-UBT)检测H.pylori为阳性的患儿150例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组75例,治疗组采用10d序贯疗法,对照组采用传统三联疗法,两组患儿疗程结束停药4周后复查13C-UBT,并判断H.pylori的根除率。结果治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为93.33%和82.67%,H.pylori根除率分别为93.33%和62.67%,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的不良反应发生率为13.33%,对照组为14.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论儿童序贯疗法根除H.pylori的临床疗效明显优于传统三联疗法,且不良反应少,是目前根除H.pylori感染的首选新方案。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and feasibility of the children sequential therapy treatment for the children with Helicobacter pylori （H.pylori） infection. Methods One hundred and fifty children with the upper gas- trointestinal symptoms were chosen, and 13 carbon-urea breath test （13C-UBT） detection of H.pylori was positive, and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 75 cases for each group, the treatment group was treated by 10-day sequential therapy, the control group was treated by the conventional triple therapy, 4 weeks later, reviewed the 13C-UBT and determine the rate of H.pylori eradication. Results The total efficiency rate of the treatment group and the control group respectively were 93.33% and 82.67%, the H. pylori eradication rates respectively were 93.33% and 62.67%, there were statistically significant differences between two groups （P 〈 0.05）; the adverse reac- tion rate of the treatment group was 13.33%, and the control group was14.67%, the difference was not statistically sig- nificant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the children sequential therapy to eradicate the H.pylori is significantly better than the traditional triple therapy, and fewer adverse reactions, is the choice for a new program for the eradication of H.pylori infection.
