阿托伐他汀钙治疗2型糖尿病血脂异常的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of atorvastatin calcium in treatment of type 2 diabetes dyslipidemia

目的观察2型糖尿病血脂异常患者应用阿托伐他汀钙治疗的临床疗效。方法选择68例2型糖尿病血脂异常患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组35例用阿托伐他汀钙10mg/d治疗,对照组33例用辛伐他汀10mg/d治疗;观察治疗4周。结果治疗后治疗组患者的血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙治疗2型糖尿病血脂异常效果显著。

Objective To observe the therapy clinical efficacy of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes dyslipidemia. Methods Sixty-eight cases of type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia patients were randomly di- vided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group of 35 patients were given atorvastatin calci- um 10 mg/day treatment; 33 cases of the control group were with simvastatin 10 rag/day treatment; observed 4 weeks of treatment. Results After treatment, patients treated with the serum total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, low-den- sity lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） were significantly reduced, and the results were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of atorvastatin calcium treatment of type 2 diabetes dyslipidemia is significant.
