针灸联合穴位推拿治疗小儿腹泻疗效分析

Curative effect observation of acupuncture combined manipulation in child diarrhoea

目的探讨针灸联合穴位推拿治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法选择79例小儿腹泻患者,分为对照组及观察组,观察组使用针灸联合推拿治疗,对照组使用针灸治疗,比较治疗1个月后患儿体重指数变化及临床效果。结果观察组从治疗后1周开始患儿的体重指数即显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后1、2和4周患儿的体重指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合穴位推拿治疗小儿腹泻能较快地增加患儿体重,具有较好疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical vaule of acupuncture combined manipulation in child diarrhoea. Methods Seventy nine child with diarrhoea were randomzed into control group and observation group, acupuncture were taken in control group and acupuncture combined manipulation were taken in observation group, clinical effect and body mass index were contrasted during 1 month between control group and observation group. Results Body mass index was higher after treatment than before treatment after 1 week in observations group （P 〈 0.05）, body mass index was higher in observation group than in control group after 1, 2 and 4 week of treatment, cure rate was higher in ob- servation group than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined manipulation could fairly in crease mass in child with diarrhoea and had good clinical.
